Loki's Show Results

We decided to give showing a try with Loki and found out almost instantly that he would only show with mummy!  Loki will only put on his best performance when he wants to and can be hard work at times, however, during his first year was placed Best Puppy in Breed at two Championship shows and two open shows!

Loki continues to be consistently placed at open and Championship shows and we are very proud of him - gaining his Stud Book Number at the age of 2 years.

August 2015 - Best Veteran in Show, Upperward of Lanarkshire Canine Society (Open), Judges R Wray-Smith and Mr Chris Toynton

Balanced & athletic outline with plenty of substance.  Handsome head of equal proportions, correct round eye & good pigment.  Plenty of depth to brisket & well ribbed back with strong muscular loin.  Good ridge.  Well angulated without exaggeration, good tight feet.  Moved very well with an effortless ground covering stride.  Lovely to see him awarded BVIS. (R Wray-Smith)
A really fine example of the breed, at the height of his maturity he befits his breed standard to perfection, presenting the most perfect outline.  He was shown in such fine condition, not an ounce of fat on him just well defined muscle all over.  Very agile when moving & turning, beautifully balanced with a lovely spring in his step.  At (nearly) 8 yrs this handsome chap is still turning heads.  A real pleasure to judge - BVIS. (C Toynton)

Loki reminds mummy that showing is fun and tries to enjoy his time in the ring no matter what!  The older he gets the more fun he has...

We would like to say a big "Thank You" to all the judges for placing Loki in his classes since 2008.
